Sharon Cook obtained her real estate license in 2004 and joined REMAX Alliance, then became an inaugural associate broker at C3 Real Estate Solutions. In 2018, she earned her Broker Administrative license (highest level) and started NoCo Realty, a boutique brokerage where she served as Employing Broker and specialized in Exclusive Agency representation--fiduciary duties in the best interests of the consumer.

As one of the first brokers to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, Sharon values the importance of unbiased representation, loyalty, transparency and the highest ethical standards. Sharon is a member of the Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS® (LBAR), Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). She was the founding chairperson of the Independent Brokers Group and served as Secretary of LBAR’s Board of Directors. In 2015, Sharon was appointed to the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), spearheading the revitalization of downtown Loveland.

And a big thank you to my late parents, Don Cook and Nancy Kain, who moved to Colorado in 1972 and made a difference.
